At Akshita’s Abha, each makeup session is specially curated just for you — tailored to your personality, your vibe, and your big day. Because every booking involves our time, effort, and reserved dates, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy for all our services.
Once a booking is confirmed and advance payment is made, it is non-refundable under all circumstances — including cancellation, rescheduling, or a change of mind.
We understand that sometimes plans change — if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 7 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Rescheduling is subject to calendar openings and cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be issued if a suitable slot is unavailable.
Our services are fully personalized and delivered in person — so returns don’t apply. For any makeup products or trial kits purchased through us, all sales are final once delivered.
In genuine emergencies, we’ll always try to work out a fair solution — but any decision to adjust or partially credit payments is at the sole discretion of Akshita’s Abha.
